At the reservation menue we are asking you for a password and your birthday. It is advisable to choose a simple password, that you can easily remember and that is not used elsewhere. It is simply needed for your convenience if you like to cancel or change your reservation. You can enter your birthday, but it is not mandatory.
After a reservation, you receive an email asking for confirmation of your email address and the specific reserveration. If you should not receive that email within 1 hour, your email address is probably wrong. You have to confirm your reservation within 24 hours!
